O. Henry Middle School’s annual Mustang Round-Up kicks off at 6 PM this evening with a performance by the Mustang Band. Drugs and Alcohol
At the beginning of the Friday, Sept. 9 school dance, we pulled aside two of our students because we thought we smelled alcohol on them. We thoroughly screened and questioned them and determined that the two students were not inebriated. These two students then left the dance on their own volition. Faced with budget cuts that would significantly reduce the teaching staff at O. Henry, Pete Price and the PTA launched a campaign at the beginning of May with a goal of raising $100K in one month to Save Our Teachers and retain manageable class sizes.
