Important Notes

  • All proceeds from Round Up will fund O. Henry Middle School’s areas of greatest need such as student enrichment, technology updates for the library, classroom and student devices, new music instruments, staff and teacher appreciation and resources, a sound system in the gym, outdoor picnic tables and benches, Maker Space supplies to foster creativity and innovation, and student recognitions such as awards and celebrations. 
  • All donations made to O. Henry Middle School are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law. Receipts are sent via email.
  • Deadline for sponsorship recognition on printed materials is Saturday, September 20, 2025. We’ll do our best to honor other sponsorship benefits beyond that date.
    • For donations of $5,000 and higher, email your color high-resolution company logo (PDF or EPS) for signage to Abby Schlicher.
    • For donations of $1,000-$4,999 email your black & white high-resolution company logo (PDF or EPS) for signage to Abby Schlicher.
